Community Activity
Dima Postovoy believes that business success comes with social responsibility. Alongside managing Yichud Mortgages, he invests a significant portion of his time and energy in volunteer and social activities. His community involvement stems from values he brought from home and from the place where he grew up - he saw firsthand the hardship of those around him, children growing up without both parents who needed welfare assistance they never received. Organizations like the ones he volunteers for change lives, and that is exactly why he works for them.
Rotary Haifa
Postovoy is an active member and volunteer in Rotary Haifa, a local branch of Rotary International - one of the largest and oldest service organizations in the world. The Rotary organization operates in approximately 200 countries with over 1.4 million members worldwide.
Through his Rotary activities, Postovoy participates in social projects, fundraising events, community activities, and humanitarian initiatives. He views his Rotary activity as an opportunity to give back to society and use his business skills for the benefit of the community.

Community Impact
Beyond his formal organizational activities, Postovoy delivers lectures and makes financial knowledge accessible to diverse audiences - real estate investors, students, soldiers, and business people. He views making financial knowledge accessible as a social mission: "People make enormous financial decisions without having the proper tools. I want to change that."
His personal story - a child who grew up in difficult conditions in Kiryat Yam and became a successful entrepreneur and CEO of a financing company - serves as inspiration for many, especially young people from challenging socio-economic backgrounds. Postovoy always emphasizes that your starting point doesn't determine your destination, and that with determination, knowledge, and hard work, you can reach anywhere.
"True success is measured not only by the numbers in the bank, but also by how much you contribute to your surroundings. I believe each of us is responsible for making the world a little better - and it starts with your community."
